How dispatch works
- Enquiry received — via WhatsApp, phone, or website cart. Our team confirms stock and freight within 15 minutes during working hours.
- Quote + advance — for outstation orders, 50% advance via UPI / NEFT locks stock. Chennai orders accept cash-on-delivery up to ₹25,000.
- Packing + GST invoice — items are bubble-wrapped, cartoned, tax invoice and warranty card included.
- Dispatch + tracking — we share rider / courier number via WhatsApp. Chennai orders get live ETA.
- On delivery — check items before signing. Shortage / damage must be reported within 24 hours with unboxing video for replacement.
