Why buyers stay with us

The usual worries about a wholesaler, and how we handle each one

  1. “Is this stock genuine?”

    Bought through brand channels

Everything comes through authorised supply lines, with the manufacturer’s warranty intact. Dealership letters for Anchor by Panasonic, Asmon, Altech and Lauritz Knudsen are available on request.

  2. “Will the rate change at billing?”

    Trade rates, quoted upfront

You get the box or coil rate before you order, and a proper GST invoice with it. No hidden markups, and the input credit is yours to claim.

  3. “Is it actually in stock?”

    On our shelves in Sowcarpet

Switches, MCBs, wires and lighting are stocked at the store. Pick up the same day, or we arrange transport to your site.

  4. “Who answers when something goes wrong?”

    The owner, on WhatsApp

Message Narayan on +91 94447 29197 during shop hours. It is the same number that takes your order.

  5. “Will it reach the site in one piece?”

    Checked, packed and strapped

Every order is checked against your list, then packed and strapped for transport before it leaves the counter.
